SERVICE RE-DO POLICY: We strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 5 days of your visit.We'll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. No refunds on services.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to provide the best possible scheduling options, we do require 24-hour rescheduling or cancellation notice. This fee will be credited at check out. Should you cancel in less than 24 hours, the fee will be used as your cancellation fee.
